Roadmap & Known Issues

This page reflects the state of the platform as captured in the March 12–13, 2026 onboarding sessions. It should be updated as features ship and bugs are resolved. For the latest, check resource.consumr.ai release notes.

These are features explicitly described as in-development or planned during the training sessions. Do not document them as working features on other pages; reference this page instead.

Media consumption survey UI: The standard survey type exists in the backend but the UI to configure and display it was not finished at time of recording.

Quadrant / mission-outcomes panel: A visualization showing segments on axes of mission outcomes and emotional job-to-be-done. The component was built and then intentionally removed pending a redesign. Not available in current production UI.

Segment-definition tooltip: A tooltip on the inputs screen that shows the original segment definition was requested but not yet in production.

Abandon-midway in sequential twin creation: When creating twins sequentially from a multi-segment build, you should be able to stop mid-sequence and resume later. The feature was flagged as missing during the March 13 session (“That feature needs to be added”).

Removal of segment creation from Converse: Segment creation was temporarily available in the Converse view but was described as a test that would be removed: “We’re gonna be taking it off.”

Mindset metric fully replacing stages of conversion: The platform is transitioning from “stages of conversion” to the six mindset metrics (brand attachment, emotional affinity, purchase intent, category awareness, familiarity, skepticism) as the primary characterization model. The transition was not complete at time of recording.

In-app support portal: A planned in-app resource where users can ask questions and get answers without leaving the platform. Not live at time of recording.

Video / demo library: A video library of feature demonstrations, planned to be hosted on the resource site and used for both internal onboarding and marketing.

Live sections not yet documented (observed June 2026)

Section titled “Live sections not yet documented (observed June 2026)”

A June 2026 walkthrough of the live platform surfaced sections and controls that the March 2026 transcripts never covered. These are shipped and in use, but this guide does not yet describe them. They need a dedicated walkthrough or session before they can be documented accurately:

  • Online, E-tail, Pro, Retail: top-level insight sections, each with its own /…/insights view.
  • Knowledge: a top-level section (purpose to confirm).
  • Campaigns: a top-level section (nav links to /improve).
  • Auto Mode: a response-mode control in the Converse message bar (its relationship to the practical / emotional / reflection reasoning modes is to confirm).
  • Nuggets: a per-twin tab alongside Conversation and Assets.

Until a future session documents these, treat them as out of scope for this guide. See Open Questions for related unknowns.

These bugs were encountered and confirmed during the March 2026 sessions. Their fix status is unknown from these docs alone; verify current state before reporting duplicates.

Disappearing Converse history: Conversation history with a twin was no longer visible after returning to the session. Flagged as potentially serious given implications for client confidentiality. Further investigation was requested.

Back button not working: The browser or in-app back button failed during the segment creation flow on multiple occasions during the March 13 session. Called out explicitly as a test subject.

Orange-on-orange invisible text: A UI bug where the font color and background color were both orange, rendering text invisible. A user would only see it by highlighting the text.

Failing incomplete-segment resume flow: The yellow “incomplete segments” banner is meant to let users return to a partially created segment and complete it. This flow was failing during the March 13 session and confirmed as a test subject for QA.
